A veteran of both WWII and the Korean War, Ernie Stadvec has lived and worked in the Akron area for most of his life. He combined his love of sports and aviation, becoming an airborne traffic and weather broadcaster, as well as a radio sports director. He was able to return to the South Pacific with his son to investigate the mysterious fate of aviation legend Amelia
Earhart. Ernie will share some stories from this trip and his thoughts about what may have happened to her 80 years ago.
